Jeff is pregnant...

Jeff is pregnant!!! Lighthouse Youth Services asked Jeff and Jenn to help them throw a baby shower. Well we can't have a baby shower without someone being pregnant so... Jeff has agreed to wear a pregnancy profile. Starting March 5th, Jeff will strap on his pregnancy vest for one full week. Should men do yoga?

Jeff and Jenn got an email from Janna who can't understand why her man only does yoga and pilates to stay in shape. Janna thinks its a little girly of him to do these exercises and many of you agree. However, it seems the men of the tri-state are doing yoga and claim that its a better workout than freeweights!
