Fritsch's Smartwater Challenge Day 3...

Day 3 of the Smartwater Challenge has been going really well. I have big plans of working out today. I haven't worked out yet since I've been on the Smartwater Challenge but hear that you do stay hydrated. I'll keep you posted. Wish me luck!
