Smartwater Challenge...

Hello Day 1! Today is the kick-off day of the Smartwater Challenge. I started today with a Smartwater and I can actully say that I feel more hydrated. Ususally during the show I have about 3 glasses of just normal tap but today I can tell a difference and have only drank 1 bottle of Smartwater. We'll be checking in with our 3 listeners this week that are taking the Smartwater Challenge. Stay tuned.
